Preparing for a Consultation

Preparing for an Intuitive Counseling or Psychic Reading appointment:

It may help you to take notes in the days leading up to the appointment about how you’ve been feeling about your life and the things you want to address. Make a note of any dreams or unusual experiences you’ve been having recently.

Preparing for a Dream therapy appointment:

Make detailed notes of the dreams you want to talk about and the ones you have had recently. Jot down the experiences, thoughts and feelings you had the day or days before your dreams.

Preparing for a Kinesiology Healing appointment :

To help you heal quicker and more efficiently from your physical or emotional issue, be clear about what you want to address in the healing. Be prepared to openly discuss how you feel and what’s bothering you. It’s best you wear something comfortable, not jeans or tight clothes. Avoid taking medication or painkillers before the healing.

After Your Appointment

I am here for you between appointments, so please feel free to ring me with anything that came up for you after the session. I will call to check up on you after your session, to see how you’re feeling and to answer any questions you may have. I may give you some homework to do or write some important points for you to remember. It helps to do the homework to assist you to maintain the state of being you achieved in the session and as an act of commitment to your own healing.

  • Try not to rush off to work or some other activity that requires interaction or a high output.
  • Go for a little walk.
  • Have some alone time while you process things.
  • Eat a wholesome meal.
  • Drink lots of water: a cup every hour before you sleep.
  • Have an early night.

The day(s) after the Healing appointment:
It’s normal for people to suppress whatever is inconvenient to be felt at the time. When you come for Kinesiology healing, the stuff you’ve suppressed may come to the surface in physical ways (feeling tired or ill) or emotional ways (feeling teary, withdrawn or quiet). You may not notice any reactions.

Kinesiologists believe these reactions are actually good things, as you are clearing yourself out! After you go through any reactions you may have to the healing, you’re likely to feel better, so much better than you felt before you came for healing.
