The Mind, Body and Spirit festival- the biggest new age expo in Melbourne, is here in a few days. Many people I know can’t wait to go because of the tantalizing things for your senses to enjoy, intriguing products and services for your emotional and spiritual health as well as some enlightening talks to attend, maybe even a psychic reading…
As many times as I’ve been to these expos, I discover things that I’ve never seen before, let alone never heard of existing before. Melbourne is constantly churning out great new stuff that you may not experience anywhere else except at the Mind, Body and Spirit expo. And you can’t miss out on interstate and overseas guests and all the goodies they bring with them.
If you’ve been searching for a new health drink or herb or food that will give your body that fabulous boost but didn’t know where to find it- you’ll find it at the Mind, Body and Spirit expo.
If you’ve been searching for an alternative health or healing practioner, school or group, you’ll find somebody to answer all your questions. Or if you leave it once or twice a year to have a nurturing treatment, massage or to buy up big on crystals, alternative books and very unique gifts, then the Melbourne Mind, Body and Spirit expo is the place for you.
One of the most popular areas is the psychic reading room. If you feel you need help with your direction or want a new perspective on personal, financial or creative problems, a reading may be just what you need. Sometimes I think that the Mind, Body and Spirit expo should be called the Psychic reading expo for the enormous amount of people who go just for a reading.
